Returns Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Salon Equipment Pros reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
All returns require a RMA (return merchandise authorization). Authorized returns are subject to a restocking fee of up-to 30%. Non-defective items will not be authorized (buyer's remorse clause included).
Returns requesting a refund (once authorized), will have to be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with any accessories.
Proof of purchase (your original order/invoice number) will be required to authorize any returns.
Returns or exchanges if required, must be requested within 5 days of receiving your product(s). Returns being requested for any reason other than defective or damaged merchandise will result in being declined. All credit notes, or credit memorandums are valid for 30 days. Credit cannot be held past the authorized amount of time. All credit notes, or credit memorandums are equivalent to the cash value listed in the document only. This document cannot be altered for trades, barters, or any other exception.
The following statement will be true and apply: If your order is subject to a restocking fee, then the order is also subject to non refundable shipping and handling fees.

 

Shipping Damages and Defects Claims Process

The above timeline for "Returns" applies to damages, initial defects and claims. Any/All claims for damages or initial defects must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your product(s). All freight (trucking) claims require damages/comments to be documented on the receiving document. Accepting delivery with a signature is accepting all products in good order per the verbiage for all carriers. Claims for concealed damages will require submission of the claim within 5 days of accepting delivery. Any claims for damages or initial defects outside of the claim submission window, will result in an automatic declination.

Shipping

At this time, Salon Equipment Pros ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Salon Equipment Pros ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations directly. For all international locations (outside all contiguous 48 US states), a freight broker may be required/assigned. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Also, all risk, liability and loss is passed to shipping account holders when using 3rd party dispatches, accounts and any method apart from our shipping services. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
